The Cowboy Shootout: 6:20pm
An Old West robbery and shoot out, complete with special effects!
This is a reenactment of a classic Western story where the good guys get the bad guy. There are lots of laughs as you are greeted by Deputy Dusty Bicuspid. The action starts right at the beginning with a comedic depot robbery, quickly followed by a showdown between the Marshal and Bad Land Sam. The final scene brings guests out of the gallery to participate in the trial. This is a fast paced, fun filled show that will have you laughing in spite of yourself.

Dinner: 7:00 - 8:00pm
Our cookie, Dusty Bicuspid, introduces the dinner hour with more of his gift of gab. Then it’s off to the chuckwagon dinner lines.
We celebrate anniversaries and birthdays toward the end of the hour. Be sure to point out your friend and/or family member of the day, so we can all share in the celebration!
For more information on dinner, please see MEALS page.

The Main Stage Show – The Riders of the Rockin’ B Ranch: 8:00pm – 9:15pm
The finale of each night is all about Western Music Entertainment in the tradition of such greats as Gene Autry, Roy Rogers, and The Sons of the Pioneers. The Riders of the Rockin’ B are dedicated to the heritage and memories of the American Cowboy way of life. Filled with live Western music, lots of knee-slappin’ comedy, storytelling and audience participation, our musical review hits all the cowboy highlights. Follow us down the Chisolm Trail and experience a time in American History gone by. It’s just after the Civil War, late 1800’s and the cattle drives are just beginning to head out. Join us as we re-create the Old West legends with you in the final ride of the evening.

*All times are “ranch time”, subject to a little fudgin’ here and there.

MELLOW JAZZ NIGHT: third Tuesday of June, July, August & September.
Do you miss the old songs of the 30’s and 40’s? Do you know the words and sometimes find yourself wanting to sing along? Visit our informal jazz night and enjoy mellow vocal jazz along with a light dinner of salad, dessert and beverage for one ticket price. You will be part of a serendipitous time, reliving the memories and melodies of Broadway and the big band era in American history. Request a favorite and dedicate it to a loved one, then just sit back and enjoy the evening. No children, please.

We open the ticket office window at 5:00pm, serve a light dinner chuckwagon style at 6:00 and the music begins at 7:00, with dessert served during intermission. We look forward to being with you on these mellow evenings of melody with music from a bygone era.
